Sustaining the health of our community begins by ensuring everyone in our community is able to access the tools and resources necessary to better their own health and wellbeing. Healthy Yakima supports programs and services through MultiCare Yakima Memorial that focus on providing education opportunities for obesity prevention, offering easy access to disease prevention and management programs, and so much more!
The ACT! Program helped me learn ways to add vegetables and fruits into my meals in a way that I would enjoy them. I also like that this program encouraged us to cook as a family.

These are provided at low or no cost to those who qualify, or are referred to the programs by their healthcare provider.
Thanks to our donors, Memorial Foundation is able to forge a partnership with Wellness House, an organization that provides support services for cancer patients and their families.
